Country Operations Manager

About the role

The Country Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the delivery of services to clients, ensuring that CTG’s operations meet contractual obligations, client expectations, and financial targets. This role acts as the primary point of contact for clients, managing project scope, compliance, and team performance across recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Lead initial client engagements, clearly articulating CTG’s services and project scope as defined in contracts.
• Align service delivery with client expectations and proactively manage scope adjustments.
• Maintain strong client relationships, address concerns promptly, and ensure overall client satisfaction.
• Resolve issues related to service delivery, consultant performance, or client inquiries in a timely manner.
• Monitor financial performance, manage costs, revenue, and resource allocation to sustain project profitability.
• Prepare and deliver accurate monthly reports covering headcount, payroll, DSA amounts, consultant activities, and financial status.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and contract issuance for CTG consultants, ensuring compliance with internal policies and local labor laws.
• Provide regular operational and financial updates to internal stakeholders, including the Country Operations Manager and Regional Director.
• Implement preventive measures to avoid resource mismanagement and ensure adherence to CTG’s operational policies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing client accounts and delivering projects from initiation to completion.
• Strong understanding of recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and consultant contract processes.
• Ability to monitor and control project financials, including budgeting and profitability.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills with a focus on timely issue resolution.
• Effective communication skills for maintaining client relationships and internal reporting.
