Directeur.trice de Maison de Quartier (CDD 1.5 ans)

About the role

The position is a 1.5‑year fixed‑term role (24 hours per week) to lead the Maison de Quartier de l’Immaculée‑Beauregard, a community centre serving a large territory between town and countryside. The director will succeed the retiring incumbent and report to the Federation of Community Centres and Insertion.

Key responsibilities

• Report progress of projects to the association’s governing bodies.
• Listen to residents and local associations, contributing to the centre’s strategic orientation.
• Drive collaboration with internal and external actors and coordinate resources for project implementation.
• Support associative responsibilities, advise elected members and promote internal and external communication.
• Manage staff and volunteers, fostering innovation and experimentation.
• Participate in federation‑wide coordination and contribute to consolidated budgeting.
• Seek funding, prepare activity reports and general assembly minutes.

Required profile

• Level 6 diploma (DESJEPS or equivalent) in social careers, community animation, local development or social engineering.
• Minimum two years of experience in managing social structures.
• Valid driving licence (category B).
• Strong analytical, synthesis and writing abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with digital and IT tools.

What we offer

• Monthly gross salary of €2 555.66, with seniority adjustments.
• Fixed‑term contract of 18 months, 24 hours per week.
