Email Marketing Specialist (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a versatile Email Marketing Specialist to own end‑to‑end email initiatives. Working remotely, you will design, launch, and optimise campaigns that boost engagement, retention, and revenue across the customer lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Build, launch and continuously optimise email campaigns for acquisition, retention and upsell.
• Develop and manage automated flows such as welcome series, abandoned cart, post‑purchase and re‑engagement.
• Create and maintain audience segmentation strategies for highly targeted messaging.
• Run A/B tests on subject lines, content and send timing, and act on the results.
• Monitor performance metrics (open rates, CTR, conversion, revenue) and implement data‑driven improvements.
• Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure high‑quality creative execution.
• Maintain list health and deliverability best practices.
• Manage campaign calendars, QA all assets and ensure timely deployment.

Required profile

• Native or near‑native English proficiency (spoken and written).
• 3‑5+ years of hands‑on email marketing experience, including lifecycle automation.
• Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast‑paced, performance‑driven environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on optimisation.
