Finance Manager

About the role

Digicel is seeking a Finance Manager to lead its Accounts Receivable, Billing, Financial Control, Audit, Compliance and Financial Reporting functions. The role ensures revenue integrity, optimises cash flow and working capital, and supports business decisions with accurate financial insight.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee month‑end and year‑end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting in line with IFRS and company policies.
• Lead the Accounts Receivable and Billing teams, driving collection performance, credit management and bad‑debt mitigation.
• Manage internal and external audit engagements, maintain audit readiness and resolve findings promptly.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and uphold a robust internal control environment.
• Partner with business leaders to provide financial analysis, identify risks and opportunities, and recommend actions.
• Drive process improvements, automation initiatives and operational efficiencies across finance activities.
• Lead, coach and develop a high‑performing finance team, fostering accountability and collaboration.

Required profile

• Proven experience in finance leadership, preferably within a large, multi‑market organisation.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, financial reporting standards and audit processes.
• Demonstrated ability to manage receivables, billing and cash‑flow optimisation.
• Excellent analytical skills and a results‑oriented mindset.
