French-English Customer Support Associate

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual French‑English Customer Support Associate to join our global e‑commerce team. You will interact with customers from Spanish‑speaking regions via voice calls and live chat, delivering friendly, accurate assistance in both French and English.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, professional support through phone and chat in French and English.
• Troubleshoot customer issues step‑by‑step and guide them to resolution.
• Log every interaction accurately in our CRM system.
• Identify recurring trends and share feedback to improve processes.
• Collaborate with teammates to stay aligned on priorities and updates.
• Represent the brand with patience, care, and professionalism.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Excellent communication skills and a calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Experience with bilingual support is a plus.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Gorgias.
• Experience using Zendesk.
• Knowledge of Shopify.
