About the role

We are looking for a French‑English Customer Support Associate who can deliver friendly, accurate assistance to our customers via phone and live chat. The role is fully remote, allowing you to work from any location while representing our brand with professionalism and empathy.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely support in French and English through calls and chat.
• Troubleshoot customer issues, guiding them step‑by‑step to resolution.
• Log every interaction accurately in our ticketing system.
• Identify recurring trends and share feedback to improve processes.
• Collaborate with teammates to stay aligned on priorities and updates.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Experience with e‑commerce or CRM environments is a plus.
