French-Speaking Customer Support Specialist (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual French‑English Customer Support Specialist to join our fully remote team. In this role you will be the first point of contact for French‑speaking customers, providing assistance through phone, live chat and email while upholding our standards of professionalism and care.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality support in French and English via voice and chat channels.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and provide effective, timely resolutions.
• Communicate clearly and empathetically to build strong customer relationships.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure consistent service quality.
• Gather and relay customer feedback to improve tools and processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent in both French and English, written and spoken.
• Calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with support platforms such as Gorgias, Zendesk or Shopify.
