French-Speaking Customer Support Specialist (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual French‑English Customer Support Specialist to join our fully remote team. You will be the first point of contact for French‑speaking customers, handling inbound calls, live chat and email with professionalism and care.

Key responsibilities

• Provide top‑tier support in French and English via voice, chat and email.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and deliver effective, customer‑first resolutions.
• Build strong relationships through clear, empathetic communication.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure consistent, high‑quality service.
• Gather and relay customer feedback to improve tools and processes.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Calm and solution‑focused under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.
• Reliable computer (minimum i5 processor) and internet connection (≥25 Mbps).

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias.
• Experience with Zendesk.
• Experience with Shopify.
