About the role

We are looking for a French‑English bilingual professional to join our fully remote team as a Customer Service Representative. You will act as the primary point of contact for French‑speaking customers, delivering assistance via phone and live chat while upholding our brand’s reputation for quality support.

Key responsibilities

Required profile

• Fluent in written and spoken French and English.

• Patient, detail‑oriented, and self‑motivated with strong communication skills.

Required skills

• Experience with customer support platforms such as Zendesk, Gorgias, or Shopify.
