French+English Bilingual Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for a fluent French‑English speaker to join our fully remote team as a Customer Service Representative. You will be the trusted voice for our French‑speaking customers, delivering assistance via phone and live chat while helping to build lasting relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly support in both French and English across voice calls and live‑chat channels.
• Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and deliver effective solutions.
• Accurately document every interaction to ensure seamless follow‑up.
• Share customer feedback and insights to improve processes and products.
• Collaborate with remote teammates, staying aligned on goals and priorities.

Required profile

• Complete fluency in written and spoken French and English.
• Minimum 1 year of remote bilingual customer service experience, preferably in e‑commerce, tech support, or a contact‑center environment.
• Patient, detail‑oriented, and genuinely motivated to help customers.
• Ability to work independently and communicate clearly with a distributed team.
• Dedicated workspace with a PC (i5 or higher) and a stable 25 Mbps internet connection.

Required skills

• Experience with customer‑support platforms such as Zendesk, Gorgias, or Shopify.
