About the role

Join TELUS Digital AI’s global community as a Legal Content Expert. You will act as the common‑sense filter for AI‑generated legal documents, ensuring they are clear, accurate, and compliant with local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Simple Fact‑Checking: Verify that names, dates, and basic legal references are correct for your jurisdiction.
• Clarity Check: Rewrite overly complex or confusing sentences into simple, easy‑to‑understand language.
• Document Categorizing: Classify AI‑generated texts into appropriate legal categories such as Rental Agreements or Non‑Disclosure Agreements.
• Rule Following: Ensure AI outputs adhere to predefined playbook rules, e.g., late‑fee limits.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Law.
• Native‑level proficiency in your primary language and ability to recognize local legal document formats.
• Intermediate English (B1) to understand project instructions.
• Detail‑oriented and diligent, with a strong focus on fine print.
• Successful completion of a subject‑specific qualification exam and ID verification.
