About the role

Join TELUS Digital AI’s global community as a Legal Content Expert, where you will act as the common‑sense filter for AI‑generated legal documents. You will ensure that contracts, privacy policies, and terms of service are clear, accurate, and compliant with local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Simple Fact‑Checking: Verify that AI‑generated text uses correct names, dates, and basic legal references for your country.
• Clarity Check: Rewrite overly long or confusing sentences into simple, easy‑to‑understand language.
• Document Categorizing: Classify documents into appropriate types such as Rental Agreements or Non‑Disclosure Agreements.
• Rule Following: Ensure AI outputs adhere to a predefined playbook (e.g., late‑fee limits).

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Law.
• Native‑level proficiency in your primary language and ability to recognize local legal document formats.
• Intermediate English (B1) to understand project instructions.
• Detail‑oriented and diligent, with a strong focus on fine print.
• Willingness to complete a subject‑specific qualification exam and ID verification.
