National FNG Consultant – Nutrition Analysis

About the role

The National FNG Consultant will lead the Fill the Nutrient Gap analysis in Haiti, supporting WFP’s efforts to identify and address nutrient deficiencies among vulnerable populations. The role involves close collaboration with the Ministry of Public Health, other ministries, and international partners.

Key responsibilities

• Support collection and analysis of nutrition, economic and food data.
• Identify specific nutrient gaps for different population groups.
• Develop practical recommendations to improve access to nutritious food.
• Act as focal point and liaison for external partners throughout the FNG process.
• Coordinate multi‑stakeholder engagement with UN agencies, universities, private sector, civil society and NGOs.
• Organise and facilitate forums and validation workshops with government and partners.

Required profile

• Advanced university degree in nutrition, public health or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in nutrition, public health or related sectors, preferably with government or international NGOs.
• Proven ability to manage multi‑stakeholder processes and conduct documentary and data analyses.
• Familiarity with Haiti’s nutrition landscape, food security and social protection policies.
• Fluent in French and English (C level).
