Polygrapher for International Narcotics & Law Enforcement Program (Haiti)

About the role

SGI seeks a Polygrapher to support the Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL) enhanced vetting program in Haiti. The role involves conducting pre‑employment and periodic polygraph examinations for members and prospective members of specialized Haitian National Police units engaged in anti‑gang and counternarcotics operations. Deployments are rotational; personnel travel to Haiti for scheduled periods and return to the United States after each deployment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct polygraph examinations for HNP officers and recruits identified for specialized anti‑gang and counternarcotics units.
• Administer Law Enforcement Pre‑Employment Test (LEPET) examinations and related vetting assessments.
• Coordinate schedules with the Lead Polygrapher, INL representatives, Embassy personnel, interpreters and logistical staff.
• Prepare detailed written reports summarizing examination findings, supporting data and recommendations.
• Maintain accurate records, operate and maintain polygraph equipment and associated software.
• Support background investigations, periodic reinvestigations and after‑action reviews.

Required profile

• Graduate of an accredited professional polygraphing and vetting training program (APA, NCCA or equivalent).
• Minimum four years of experience supporting international polygraphing programs, preferably in the Caribbean or Latin America.
• Completion of at least 200 NCCA‑accredited Law Enforcement Pre‑Employment Test examinations.
• Ability to work in austere overseas environments and comply with U.S. Government standards.
