QAQC Supervisor – Food Safety & Catering Operations

About the role

The QAQC Supervisor will lead the quality assurance and control team responsible for food safety and catering compliance across warehouse, bakery, kitchen and transport operations. The role ensures that all activities meet corporate objectives, legal regulations and industry standards while fostering a safe, healthy work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise QAQC staff in food safety and catering compliance tasks.
• Manage training standardisation, evaluation and remedial programmes for catering personnel.
• Assign, monitor and coordinate work responsibilities and catering‑related projects.
• Monitor employee performance, attendance and adherence to quality processes.
• Lead root‑cause analysis, containment and corrective actions for quality issues.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, work instructions and policy reviews for catering, warehouse and transport.
• Conduct internal audits, inspections and surveillance to assess training needs.
• Accompany third‑party auditors, customers and regulators during facility inspections.
• Report safety, health and environmental hazards and ensure ISO compliance.
• Produce regular productivity and KPI reports covering catering performance.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising QAQC teams in food service or catering environments.
• Strong knowledge of QMS, HACCP, FSMS, GDP and relevant ISO standards.
• Ability to develop SOPs, conduct audits and drive continuous improvement.
• Experience handling corrective actions, root‑cause analysis and regulatory inspections.
