Remote French-English Customer Support Representative

About the role

Join our global team as a French‑English Customer Support Representative and help customers feel heard and valued. Working from home, you will be the first point of contact for users in French‑speaking regions, providing assistance through chat, email and phone.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in French and English via chat, email and calls.
• Guide customers step‑by‑step to resolve technical or order‑related issues.
• Maintain accurate records of each interaction in our CRM system.
• Share feedback and insights to help improve products and processes.
• Collaborate with a friendly, supportive remote team.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Excellent communication skills and calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify or similar support tools.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce platforms and CRM systems.
