Sales Representative – French & English Speakers

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual Sales Representative to provide customer service and sales support through digital platforms and CRM systems. You will engage with French‑ and English‑speaking customers, guide them through the purchasing journey, and help convert inquiries into sales.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver prompt, courteous support while meeting response‑time targets set by management.
• Interact with customers in French and English via chat, email, or CRM tools.
• Present product information, answer questions, and keep conversations engaging and persuasive.
• Follow communication scripts and guidelines, maintaining a professional tone.
• Achieve daily and monthly performance and conversion goals.

Required profile

• High school diploma (higher education in progress is a plus).
• Fluent in both French and English.
• Strong written communication and fast typing abilities.
• Familiarity with customer‑service platforms, CRM systems, and digital tools.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or e‑commerce is advantageous.

What we offer

• 100% remote work (home office).
• 3x1 schedule – three consecutive workdays followed by one day off.
• Base pay of $2.00 USD per hour plus a 4% commission on sales.
