Equity Sales Specialist

About the role

The Equity Sales Specialist is a full‑time, on‑site position focused on building and managing client relationships while promoting equity products. You will work closely with trading teams and internal stakeholders to drive revenue growth in the equity segment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective clients and present equity investment ideas.
• Collaborate with trading desks to ensure efficient order execution.
• Monitor market trends in equities and prepare regular market updates and reports.
• Support client portfolio reviews and maintain compliance with regulatory and internal risk guidelines.
• Develop sales campaigns with internal stakeholders to contribute to revenue growth.

Required profile

• Strong equity sales skills, including client acquisition and relationship management.
• Solid knowledge of equities, finance fundamentals, valuation concepts, and portfolio considerations.
• Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting targets and managing a pipeline.
• Familiarity with trading processes and order execution.
• Relevant bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or related field; certifications such as CFA or NISM are a plus.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and presentation abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment while adhering to regulatory standards.
• Prior experience in equity markets, brokerage, or investment advisory is highly beneficial.
