About the role
Olgoonik is seeking an experienced Urban Tactical Project Director to lead the INL Haiti Tactical Operations in Urban Terrain training program. This senior position provides strategic oversight, ensures contract compliance, and serves as the primary liaison with U.S. Government officials, Haitian National Police leadership, and internal support teams.
Key responsibilities
- Provide overall direction, supervision, and accountability for contract performance in line with the statement of work and U.S. Government requirements.
- Act as the main point of contact for the Contracting Officer's Representative, INL representatives, and Haitian police counterparts.
- Lead startup, mobilization, execution, and closeout planning, ensuring personnel, logistics, life‑support, and operational systems are in place on schedule.
- Develop and maintain the master program schedule, staffing plan, and internal battle rhythm for meetings and deliverables.
- Coordinate training, security, logistics, finance, administration, and human‑resources functions to ensure integrated performance.
- Monitor risks, maintain a project risk register, and implement mitigation measures related to security, staffing, supply chain, mobility, and facilities.
- Oversee reporting, documentation, and compliance with human‑rights, rule‑of‑law, and use‑of‑force standards.
- Supervise the Training Manager, Security Manager, Operations, Logistics, Administration Manager, and Finance Officer.
Required profile
- Senior‑level professional with extensive experience managing large‑scale security or tactical training projects.
- Proven ability to work with government agencies, international partners, and local law‑enforcement bodies.
- Strong leadership, mentorship, and performance‑management skills.
- Excellent risk‑management and budgeting capabilities.
