Warehouse Manager – FM (Talent Pooling)

About the role

We are looking for a Warehouse Manager to lead our FM talent pool warehouse operations. The role oversees receiving, storage and distribution of materials, equipment and spare parts, ensuring accurate inventory and efficient logistics support for maintenance activities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage warehouse operations according to staffing requirements, including receiving, storage and distribution of materials, equipment and spare parts.
• Maintain accurate inventory records covering a 30‑day supply and ensure proper storage conditions, especially for HVAC components.
• Supervise warehouse staff, including forklift operators, and implement safety procedures.
• Coordinate material requirements with the Logistics Officer and Procurement team.
• Generate inventory and stock reports for management and conduct regular stock takes and cycle counts.
• Manage warehouse security, access control and optimize layout for storage efficiency.
• Report health, safety, environmental and food safety hazards and near‑miss incidents.
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards and company performance management processes, setting KPIs, conducting reviews and providing training.

Required profile

• Diploma in Logistics, Warehouse Management or a related field.
• Minimum 4 + years of experience in warehouse operations.
• Fluent in English; French preferred.
• Valid forklift licence is advantageous.
