Artisan Electrician – FM (Talent Pool)

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Artisan Electrician to join our facilities management talent pool. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, installation, maintenance, and repair of low‑ and medium‑voltage electrical systems, ensuring compliance with IEC and NEC standards.

Key responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair low and medium‑voltage electrical circuits, cabling, conduits, and wiring.
• Fit and service fixtures, switchgear, panel boards, distribution boards, and grounding systems.
• Maintain and test transformers, lightning protection, and emergency lighting systems.
• Install and service control systems, signal and data lines, UPS units, and battery banks.
• Perform testing, commissioning, and periodic inspections of electrical installations.
• Troubleshoot faults and produce accurate as‑built documentation.
• Report health, safety, environmental, and food‑safety hazards and follow ISO requirements.

Required profile

• Trade certification in electrical work with a valid electrical license preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in electrical installation and maintenance.
• Fluency in English; French or Creole is an advantage.
• Willingness to wear required PPE and attend daily safety briefings.

Required skills

• Proficiency with multimeters.
• Experience using power tools.
• Ability to operate testing equipment.
