Site Manager – Facilities Maintenance & HVAC

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to lead Facilities Maintenance, Minor Engineering and HVAC operations at a dedicated location. The role ensures daily operational excellence, acts as the main on‑site liaison with the client and coordinates with the central PMO.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all FM, minor construction and HVAC activities, ensuring work orders are completed on time and to quality standards.
• Supervise Site Supervisors, Team Coordinators and maintenance technicians, conducting daily toolbox talks and safety briefings.
• Monitor project KPIs, progress reports and site performance, providing regular updates to the Project Manager.
• Ensure compliance with QHSE and ISO standards through regular inspections and incident reporting.
• Manage local subcontractors, materials and equipment allocation, and coordinate emergency response actions.
• Implement performance management for direct reports, set KPIs and identify training needs.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in facilities maintenance, minor construction or HVAC works.
• Technical Diploma in Engineering, FM or HVAC, or equivalent trade certification.
• Fluent in English and French, valid driver’s licence, willingness to work in remote or challenging environments.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CMMS and Work Order Management Systems.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office and project reporting tools.
• Hands‑on expertise in facilities maintenance, minor engineering and HVAC systems.
• Understanding of quality control, health & safety and ISO compliance.
