About the role

TalentPop is seeking a bilingual French‑English Customer Support Specialist to join its fully remote team. In this non‑voice position you will interact with customers via chat and email, providing clear, timely assistance and ensuring a smooth experience.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver professional support in French and English through chat and email.
• Assist customers with inquiries, order issues, and general concerns.
• Troubleshoot problems and provide accurate, written solutions.
• Document interactions and maintain up‑to‑date records.
• Collaborate with teammates to uphold consistent, high‑quality service.
• Share feedback to improve processes and the overall customer journey.

Required profile

• Fluent reading and writing skills in both French and English.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (e‑commerce a plus).
• Strong attention to detail and organized work habits.
• Ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Experience with support platforms such as Zendesk, Gorgias, or Shopify.
