French-English Customer Support Associate

About the role

We are looking for a French-English Customer Support Associate to join our global e-commerce team. You will interact with customers from French- and English-speaking markets via phone and live chat, delivering friendly, clear and professional assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely support in French and English through voice calls and live chat.
• Troubleshoot customer issues, guide them step-by-step to resolution, and track order status.
• Accurately log every interaction in our ticketing system.
• Identify recurring trends and share feedback to improve processes.
• Collaborate with teammates to stay aligned on priorities and product updates.
• Represent the brand with professionalism, patience and empathy.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Experience with e-commerce or CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify or similar help-desk tools.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems.
