French-Speaking Customer Support Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual French‑English Customer Support Specialist to join our fully remote team. The role involves handling inbound calls, live chat and email inquiries from French‑speaking customers, delivering prompt and friendly assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Provide voice and chat support in French and English.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and deliver effective resolutions.
• Communicate clearly and empathetically to build strong relationships.
• Collaborate with teammates to maintain consistent service quality.
• Capture and relay customer feedback to improve tools and processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluency in both French and English, written and spoken.
• Ability to stay calm and solution‑focused under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk or similar ticketing platforms.
• Knowledge of Shopify or other e‑commerce systems.
• Basic proficiency with CRM systems.
