Plant Manager

About the role

The Plant Manager will lead a high‑demand production facility, ensuring operational efficiency, safety, and continuous improvement. Reporting to senior management, the role combines strategic oversight with hands‑on execution in a complex industrial environment.

Key responsibilities

• Drive overall plant performance in line with production, safety, and quality targets.
• Plan and execute maintenance and production strategies to maximize reliability and efficiency.
• Collaborate with operations, maintenance, supply chain, and HSE teams on continuous‑improvement projects.
• Manage plant budget, production schedules, and inventory levels.
• Maintain a clean, safe workplace and enforce company policies.
• Analyze production costs and inventory data to identify improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in plant management or heavy‑industrial manufacturing.
• Proven background in cement manufacturing or similar sectors (clinker production, grinding, kiln operations).
• Strong communication, leadership, and supervisory abilities.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Willingness to relocate to Haiti.
