Remote French Bilingual Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are looking for a remote French‑English bilingual customer support representative to assist our global customers via phone and live chat. You will be the friendly voice that turns frustration into satisfaction, helping shoppers track orders, answer product questions, and resolve issues.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, courteous support in French and English through calls and chat.
• Troubleshoot customer issues with a calm, solutions‑first approach.
• Accurately document all interactions in our support system.
• Identify recurring trends and share feedback to improve processes.
• Collaborate with team leads and colleagues to stay aligned on priorities.
• Represent the brand with professionalism, cultural sensitivity, and care.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent in both French and English, written and verbal.
• Comfortable working from a quiet, dedicated home workspace.
• Reliable internet connection (≥25 Mbps) and a laptop/desktop with at least an i5 processor.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify or similar e‑commerce support tools.
• Familiarity with CRM systems.
