About the role

We are looking for a remote French‑English bilingual customer support representative who can provide friendly, solution‑focused assistance to our global customers. You will handle voice calls and live‑chat interactions, turning frustration into satisfaction while representing our brand with professionalism and cultural sensitivity.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver timely and friendly support in French and English via calls and chat.
• Troubleshoot customer issues with a calm, solutions‑first approach.
• Accurately document all interactions in the support system.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent in both French and English, written and verbal.
• Strong empathy, clear communication, and ability to stay calm under pressure.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar e‑commerce support tools.
• Familiarity with CRM systems.
