Remote French Bilingual Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are looking for a remote French‑English bilingual customer support representative to assist our global customers via phone and live chat. The role focuses on delivering friendly, empathetic service while resolving inquiries related to orders, products and technical issues.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely support in French and English through calls and chat.
• Troubleshoot customer issues with a solutions‑first mindset.
• Document all interactions accurately in our CRM.
• Identify recurring trends and share feedback to improve processes.
• Collaborate with team leads and colleagues to stay aligned on priorities.
• Represent the brand professionally with cultural sensitivity.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent verbal and written French and English.
• Calm and solution‑focused under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias.
• Experience with Zendesk.
• Experience with Shopify.
• General CRM system proficiency.
