About the role

The Business Development Representative (BDR) for the Prospecton Depot will drive volume growth, increase market share and enhance competitiveness by delivering market‑driven, differentiated service to identified segments.

Key responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets for assigned territories.
  • Manage and supervise distributors, overseeing orders, payments and redistribution.
  • Ensure IB products are stocked in full range at customer and retail outlets.
  • Place and monitor chillers for exclusive use of IBPLC products in the sector.
  • Monitor recommended pricing at sales points and track competitor actions.

Required profile

  • 3‑year degree qualification.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, marketing or FMCG environment.
  • Valid unendorsed Cod 8 driver’s licence.
  • Basic computer literacy with experience using Microsoft Office.
  • Strong local area knowledge and excellent administration skills.
