Business Logic Specialist – Intermediate (AI Community)

About the role

Join TELUS Digital AI’s global community as a Business Logic Specialist. You will work remotely, helping to train AI models by reviewing and refining business‑focused content such as emails, reports, and strategic plans.

Key responsibilities

• Professional Tone Review – ensure AI‑generated client communications are polite, persuasive and sound, not robotic.
• Business Fact‑Checking – verify calculations, budgets and marketing recommendations against standard business rules.
• Process Training – teach the AI how to summarise meetings, draft invoices and create project timelines.
• Ethics & Etiquette – adapt AI behaviour to regional business etiquette, e.g., addressing CEOs in Riyadh versus startup founders in New York.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or a related field.
• Proficiency in your primary language and at least B1 level English.
• 1–2 years of office experience (including internships) is a strong plus.
• Successful completion of a subject‑specific qualification exam and ID verification.
