Displacement Tracking Matrix Officer (P)

About the role

The Displacement Tracking Matrix (DTM) Officer will support IOM’s mission in Haiti by coordinating, supervising and implementing DTM activities that monitor the mobility and needs of displaced populations. Reporting to the Chief of Mission and the Data and Research Unit Coordinator, the officer will work closely with the Regional Office for the Caribbean and Latin America and the DTM Support Unit in Geneva.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise the collection, analysis and dissemination of displacement data in Haiti.
• Implement DTM activities funded by multiple donors, ensuring compliance with donor requirements.
• Collaborate with IOM’s Regional Office, headquarters support unit and local partners to maintain the DTM system.
• Provide regular updates and reports on population movements and evolving needs.
• Support the development of data‑driven solutions for humanitarian response.

Required profile

• Candidates from first‑tier or second‑tier pools as defined by IOM, with preference for qualified female applicants.
• Experience in humanitarian data collection, monitoring or displacement tracking.
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
