About the role
As a Dynamics 365 Sales Functional Consultant you will implement and optimise Dynamics 365 Sales solutions for clients. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective system configurations.
Key responsibilities
- Gather and analyse client requirements for Dynamics 365 Sales.
- Design and configure Dynamics 365 Sales solutions.
- Provide training and support to end‑users.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration.
- Conduct system testing and validation.
Required profile
- Experience with Dynamics 365 Sales implementations.
- Understanding of CRM best practices.
- Data analysis and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field preferred.
