Email & SMS Marketing – Sports Sales Coordinator

About the role

Community Sports Partners is seeking a remote Email and SMS Marketing – Sports Sales Coordinator to drive bookings for sports facilities and pickup games across Latin America. You will blend campaign creation, sales follow‑through, and day‑to‑day game coordination to boost participation and repeat business.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, write, build and send email and SMS campaigns promoting facility time, pickup games, registrations and special offers.
• Create and maintain audience segments by location, sport, interest, booking history and engagement.
• Monitor campaign performance, handle delivery issues, maintain consent records and report on enquiries, bookings and revenue.
• Maintain an accurate view of available locations, dates, time slots and pricing; respond to enquiries, prepare quotes and follow up through payment confirmation.
• Coordinate pickup‑game listings, monitor registrations, manage player communications, and flag low‑enrolment games for escalation.

Required profile

• Practical experience building email campaigns and SMS automations.
• Strong written and spoken English for North‑American customer conversations.
• Detail‑oriented with ability to manage schedules, prices and customer records.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends on Toronto/Eastern time.

Required skills

• Experience with email/SMS platforms such as Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, HubSpot or Mailchimp.
• Familiarity with CRM systems.
• Proficiency in spreadsheets and reporting to analyse conversion and campaign performance.

What we offer

• Remote work from anywhere in Latin America.
• Monthly base salary US$800–US$1,000 plus variable commissions US$500–US$1,000 (total US$1,300–US$2,000).
• Flexible weekly schedule agreed before hiring.
