Finance Manager – FM (Talent Pooling)

About the role

The Finance Manager will lead all financial operations for the FM, Minor Engineering, and HVAC Works project in Haiti. This role ensures accurate budgeting, accounting, invoicing, and reporting while supporting strategic decision‑making with robust financial analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, variance analyses, and cost tracking.
• Coordinate payroll with corporate, maintaining accurate time‑keeping records.
• Ensure compliance with Haitian tax, social security, and statutory requirements.
• Manage vendor invoicing, payments, and reconciliations.
• Prepare and submit client invoices, tracking payments per contract terms.
• Support internal and external audits with required documentation.
• Implement financial controls and monitor cash flow and banking relationships.
• Report health, safety, environmental, and food‑safety hazards as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in finance or accounting roles.
• Fluent in English and French; professional certifications (CIMA, CA, ACCA, CPA) preferred.
• Strong analytical skills, integrity, and attention to detail.
