Sales Consultant – Creole (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a fluent Creole and English speaker to join our US‑based law firm as a Sales Consultant. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, providing translation services for legal documents, and supporting lawyers with their translation needs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound calls from potential and existing clients and initiate outbound calls to discuss translation services.
• Provide verbal and written translations of legal documents and communications, ensuring accurate legal terminology.
• Update clients on case progress, timelines, and translation status.
• Schedule and confirm appointments for new and existing clients.
• Maintain detailed client records and ensure data is accurately entered into the system.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and address client inquiries promptly.

Required profile

• Fluency in Creole and English (spoken and written).
• Proven ability to translate legal or professional content with precision.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• Familiarity with legal terminology (preferred).
• Experience using CRM or data management tools.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, fast‑paced environment.
