Sales Consultant (Creole) – Remote Legal Translation

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual Sales Consultant fluent in Creole and English to support a US‑based law firm’s legal translation services. The position is fully remote and involves both inbound and outbound client communication, as well as translating legal documents and materials.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from existing and potential clients, providing information about translation services.
• Initiate outbound calls to prospects to discuss their translation needs and promote services.
• Deliver accurate verbal and written translations of legal documents, ensuring proper legal terminology.
• Update clients on case progress, timelines, and any changes related to translation requirements.
• Schedule, confirm, and reschedule client appointments, clearly outlining required translation services.
• Maintain detailed client records in the CRM, including case details, appointments, and translated documents.
• Provide exceptional customer service, building strong client relationships and addressing inquiries promptly.

Required profile

• Fluency in Creole and English, both spoken and written.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or translation.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• Familiarity with legal terminology is preferred.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced remote environment.
