Senior Product Manager – Blockchain Real Estate Platform

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the development of a blockchain‑powered real‑estate platform. You will bridge business strategy, real‑estate expertise and blockchain technology to deliver secure, scalable, user‑centric digital property solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the product roadmap for the blockchain‑based real‑estate ecosystem.
• Identify market opportunities in PropTech, tokenized assets, digital ownership and DeFi.
• Conduct competitor analysis and user research to refine product positioning.
• Lead end‑to‑end product lifecycle management from ideation to launch.
• Collaborate with engineering on smart‑contract functionality, wallet integrations, tokenization mechanisms, blockchain infrastructure, transaction systems and KYC/AML workflows.
• Prioritize features based on business impact, technical feasibility and user value.
• Coordinate with UI/UX designers, real‑estate experts, legal/compliance, marketing, sales and external partners.
• Present roadmap progress and product metrics to leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• 3–7+ years of product management experience.
• Experience building fintech, PropTech, SaaS or blockchain products.
• Strong understanding of blockchain ecosystems, smart contracts, tokenization, wallets and decentralized applications (dApps).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business solutions.
