Senior Taxonomy Analyst (English/French) – Remote

About the role

In All Media is seeking a Senior Taxonomy Analyst fluent in English and French to support its data taxonomy operations for European markets. Working remotely from LATAM, you will help ensure that job listings and resumes are accurately classified, cleaned, and localized for France, Belgium, and Switzerland.

Key responsibilities

• Label, annotate, and classify complex job and resume data to support taxonomy workflows.
• Standardize job titles and map occupations across multilingual datasets.
• Review and validate metadata to maintain high taxonomy quality and consistency.
• Perform data cleanup and localization tasks tailored to French‑speaking markets.
• Process high‑volume datasets with strong pattern‑recognition and attention to detail.

Required profile

• Native‑level fluency in French and professional proficiency in English.
• Proven experience as an independent contractor or remote vendor with international clients.
• Reliable high‑speed internet, quiet home office, and contingency plans for uninterrupted availability.
• Demonstrated expertise in data taxonomy, metadata management, or content classification.
• Hands‑on experience in data labeling, annotation, validation, and high‑volume review.
• Analytical mindset with sharp attention to detail and sound judgment within defined guidelines.
• Experience with localization workflows or multilingual content systems.
