Foreman – Maintenance Supervision (Talent Pooling)

About the role

The Foreman will lead maintenance crews on an as‑required basis, ensuring that daily work assignments are completed safely, on time, and to quality standards. This on‑site leadership position provides direct supervision, coordination, and support for all maintenance activities.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate maintenance crew activities and daily work assignments.
• Ensure all work meets established quality and safety standards.
• Conduct toolbox talks, safety briefings, and required training sessions.
• Report work completion, issues, and any health, safety, environmental, or food‑safety hazards.
• Manage crew attendance, timekeeping, and support team members during peak periods.
• Follow company policies, ISO standards, and applicable regulations.

Required profile

• Trade certification (minimum education requirement).
• At least 3 years of relevant experience with supervisory responsibility.
• Fluent in English; French preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
• Experience using work order management systems.
