About the role

TalentPop is seeking a bilingual French‑English Customer Support Specialist to join its fully remote team. In this non‑voice position you will assist customers via chat and email, ensuring a smooth and positive experience while representing the brand with professionalism.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, courteous support in French and English through chat and email.
• Assist customers with inquiries, order issues, and general concerns.
• Troubleshoot problems and deliver clear, accurate solutions.
• Document interactions and maintain precise records.
• Collaborate with teammates to uphold consistent, high‑quality service.
• Share feedback to improve processes and the overall customer journey.

Required profile

• Fluent written and reading comprehension in both French and English.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (e‑commerce preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and excellent written communication.
• Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Experience with support platforms such as Zendesk, Gorgias, or Shopify.
