IT & Inventory Officer (Talent Pooling)

About the role

The IT & Inventory Officer will ensure seamless IT support and accurate inventory tracking for the project. This hybrid role combines technical troubleshooting with asset management to keep operations running smoothly 24/7.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line IT support to project staff, resolving hardware and software issues.
• Maintain and monitor network infrastructure, servers and communication systems.
• Track, record and reconcile IT equipment, materials and spare parts using inventory management systems.
• Conduct regular physical inventory counts and generate stock level alerts and reports.
• Coordinate repairs, replacements and procurement with vendors and service providers.
• Support the Helpdesk office for both IT and inventory queries.
• Ensure data security, backup procedures and compliance with ISO standards.
• Report health, safety, environmental and food‑safety hazards observed in the workplace.

Required profile

• Diploma in IT, Computer Science or a related technical field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support or inventory management.
• Fluent in English; French is a plus.
