Contract Commercial Manager (M/F)

About the role

GI EXPERTISE is recruiting on behalf of a leading telecommunications player for a Contract Commercial Manager. The role will oversee commercial contract processes, negotiations and risk management to support the company’s growth and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Initiate and monitor internal commercial processes, supporting bidding, contract signing and modifications.
• Prepare, analyse, review and provide redline comments on commercial contracts, NDAs, MOUs and related documents.
• Lead commercial negotiations with customers, partners and suppliers, defining pricing, scope, deliverables, timelines and risk allocation.
• Identify, assess and mitigate commercial, legal, financial and operational risks associated with contracts.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Legal, Project Management and Procurement to ensure contractual terms are feasible and correctly implemented.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Law, Finance or a related field.
• Previous experience with Huawei or within a Chinese company is an advantage.
• Fluency in both Chinese and English (reading and speaking) is mandatory.
• Strong collaboration abilities and a proven track record in managing complex, high‑value commercial negotiations.

• Good understanding of commercial contract law principles and standard contractual clauses.
• Fluency in Chinese.
