About the role

The Sales Director will lead the community’s sales strategy, driving sustainable occupancy growth and optimizing revenue performance. This role focuses on building a robust pipeline of qualified prospects and fostering long‑term stability for the senior living community.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that drives occupancy growth and revenue optimization.
• Cultivate strategic relationships with referral partners, healthcare professionals, placement agencies, and local influencers.
• Lead the sales process from inquiry through move‑in, ensuring an exceptional resident experience and seamless transition.
• Analyze sales performance, occupancy trends, and market data to refine strategies and improve conversion outcomes.
• Maintain a tour‑ready community and accurate sales systems, preserving CRM data integrity and forecasting accuracy.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or commensurate experience.
• Self‑motivated, organized, professional, and able to work independently.
• Strong communication skills for interaction with residents, agencies, and team members.
• Customer‑service mindset with a genuine passion for serving older adults.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
