Education Officer (NO-2), Fixed Term, Port-au-Prince

About the role

UNICEF Haiti is seeking a dedicated Education Officer (NO-2) to advance quality, equitable and inclusive education for children across development, humanitarian and nexus contexts. Based in Port‑au‑Prince, you will support programme planning, implementation and monitoring, while strengthening partnerships with government and implementing partners.

Key responsibilities

• Support programme development and planning in development, nexus and emergency contexts.
• Manage programme monitoring, reporting and delivery of results.
• Provide technical and operational support to programme implementation.
• Network with partners and build strategic partnerships.
• Promote innovation, knowledge management and capacity‑building initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, International Development, Social Sciences, Programme Management, Monitoring & Evaluation or a related field.
• Minimum of two years of relevant professional experience in education programmes.
• Demonstrated ability to work in complex and emergency contexts.
