Warehouse Supervisor – Shift Management & Inventory Accuracy

About the role

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for managing a shift to efficiently execute Tier‑1 and Tier‑2 load plans while meeting internal and external customer service levels. The role focuses on inventory accuracy, layout compliance, quality standards, and productivity within a fast‑moving warehouse environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the morning inventory count, investigate variances and implement corrective actions to improve inventory accuracy KPIs.
• Maintain warehouse layout adherence across zones (empties, refusal, picking, repack, finished goods) and enforce FEFO principles.
• Monitor and improve quality standards, including cleanliness, pest control, temperature control, and product exposure, targeting 75% compliance with global warehouse GOP.
• Drive picking and repacking standards, track accuracy and productivity, and manage labour allocation using the SKAP tool.
• Implement 5S methodology, develop SOPs, and use problem‑solving tools (5 WHY, PDCA, etc.) to continuously improve processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in warehouse operations or logistics supervision.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to identify root causes and implement action plans.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
